Full Name: John Raynor

Professions: Regional & National IBFA Competitor | Regional & National NABBA UK Competitor

Bio: John is team GHN's newest member who lives & works in Lincoln with his wife and one year old daughter. He has been into sports from a young age. He played Rugby, Football and also Boxed but eventually found his true passion as soon as he stepped into a gym at the age of 16 & decided that bodybuilding was the sport for him. His real focus for the sport began at the age of 22. His first show was NABBA UK 2012 First Timers.

Due to illness John had to have a few years out of competitions due to pituitary gland tumour, but that didn’t stop him training & focusing on his comeback. John made his comeback in 2016 at his 2nd show - IBFA Lincolnshire where he qualified for the British finals. He participated at the British finals in June 2017 where he placed 3rd against strong competition.

His plan is to do PCA Midlands in September 2018 and hopefully qualify for British finals, then finish his season off this year with NABBA UK in October. John uses & recommends GHN products including protein powders amino acid supplements to help him achieve his optimum physical condition.
