GH Nutrition sponsored athlete & Wakefield Harriers Captain Lucy Holmes has had some exceptional stand out performances the past 2 weekends. Lucy recently competed in the West Yorkshire Championship at Spenborough. Lucy was crowned champion in the Senior Women's 100m, 200m, Shot Putt, Javelin & Discus. Lucy has also achieved personal bests in 2019 season for 100m, 200m & Shot Putt. Lucy's focus will now turn to a strong off season of strength, conditioning & rehabilitation in preparation for 2020.
