Mark Birch Joins Team GHN
GHN are proud to welcome Mark Birch to team GHN.
Mark is based in the West Midlands in the United Kingdom and is a DJ by trade. Mark has focused on training and nutrition since he began his fitness show competing career. "Fitness has always been a hobby of mine however now I am even more motivated to push my physical boundaries and see what I can achieve". "Fitness is now my passion".
Mark competed in UKBFF and PCA in 2019 & 2020 with an invite to the PCA Finals in October 2021. Mark is looking forward to seeing what physical package he can bring to the stage in 2021. "I'm looking forward to being part of an already successful sponsored athlete team at GH Nutrition. The brand continues to grow and i applaud their quality range of products".
