Bio: Donovan is South African who lives in London.
Donovan grew up with a sporting background starting with swimming, cricket and rugby at a young age. "As a South African, it is within our culture to take sport and competition very seriously."
Donovan moved to the UK and unfortunately sport became injury ridden so he decided to spend a lot of his time in the gym on conditioning and injury rehabilitation which is where he found his passion for fitness and nutrition. This hobby then developed naturally into a competitive sport in the form of bodybuilding, in which he has competed now for 3 years.
In those 3 years, Donovan has been fortunate enough to win his first show as a junior in the channel islands in 2019. He most recently achieved a pro card with UK Ultimate Physiques in 2021, which came as a huge surprise to himself and will remain an incredibly proud and humbling achievement.
