Georgina has always loved sport from school and has been weight training on and off since she was 16. In 2017 Georgina developed anorexica and became obsessed with exercise and being the lowest possible weight she could. This had a big affect on her mental health, however exercise played a pivotal roll in her recovery. "I loved exercising so had to develop a healthy relationship with it again. Food became fuel for me to build muscle again."
