Bio: Hayley is based in Bristol & professional day job is an undertaker for Avon County Coroner. Hayley began weight lifting in the gym around 2 years ago to help with her job as she is required to lift heavy objects, she has always been a member of a gym for over 20 years.

Hayley has always had a keen interest in sport, she has many sporting achievements starting in gymnastics at a younger age and within the past 8 years she has represented GB at the world BMX Racing Championships, coming 21st in the world, as well as racing regionally and nationally.

From the age of 11, Hayley also always kept up with martial arts, from Tang So Soo, Tae Kwon Do, MMA, Muay Thai, Lau Gar to Kickboxing which she still regularly participates in. In 2017, Hayley was introduced in to the world of bodybuilding and after speaking to a coach, she decided to prep for bikini competitions with UKBFF. Hayley has competed twice with her best result being 4th place, her category was in height for bikini tall. In 2018 Hayley had her most successful year. As a UKBFF British Finalist Hayley placed 6th. Hayley who is aiming to achieve pro status loves the sport, loves training, getting on stage & is proud to be part GHN.

In 2021 Hayley was recently awarded the role of GHN Head Athlete.
