Bio: Lauren is 39 and based in Pontyclun, South Wales. By profession Lauren is an emergency and critical care nurse. She is alsoa mother of two amazing kids ages 6 & 7. Both following her love for everything active.
"I have always loved all kinds of sports and have trained from a young age. I started out life as a ballerina but progressed into other areas of dance. I’ve always trained in gyms & even qualified as a personal trainer back in 2008".
In 2022 Lauren decided to try her hand at competing in a fitness model federation with Pure Elite. Lauren won and became a pro in her very first competition. She then went on to become World Champion in the pro competition four months later.
