Bio: Mark is 27 and from the West Midlands in the United Kingdom. He has been training since he was 17 years old. Over the past 2 years Mark has started competing in Men’s Physique.
Since starting to compete, he has been focusing on training and nutrition to ensure he can achieve the best physical performance during the on and off season of fitness competitions.

Mark competed in UKBFF and PCA in 2019 & 2020 with an invite to the PCA Finals in October 2021. Mark is looking forward to seeing what package physical he can bring to the stage this year.
