Bio: Paul is 41 and works as a part time manager of his local gym in Middlesbrough and also takes fitness photos in his spare time.
Paul has been training for over 20 years on and off and most recently signed up with his coach to perfect his diet and lifestyle. After 12 weeks he decided to take his fitness journey one step further and fulfil his dream to enter a men's physique show. This resulted in him placing 3rd in his first outing earning him a place in the UKUP British Finals which placed him 4th overall. Paul now has a 10 year plan to compete in more shows and hopefully earn a Pro Card along the way.
