Bio: Sally is a 48 year old mother of two and is based near Birmingham, United Kingdom. "Staying fit and healthy has always been a priority for me and has been a huge part of my life for over 30 years."

Sally has a huge passion for horses and utilised the gym and running to stay fit to compete on her horse in eventing. Loving a challenge it then spurred Sally on to set herself other fitness goals. Sally has completed several marathons including the London marathon. She also competed in tough mudder twice in 2016 & 2017 and then found her love for weight training and decided to prep herself to compete in body building.

In 2017 Sally went on stage twice as a bikini athlete competing under the PCA federation. This year saw Sally enter the womens Hyrox Competition In London.

After deciding to resign from a 15 year career as a police officer Sally qualified as a Personal Trainer In 2015. "My mission is to help other women find the confidence and self belief to become the best they can be has been my drive and passion In what I do."
