Bio: Sarah is based in Berkshire and works in consultancy. Sarah has always had a passion for fitness, starting out as a gymnast before branching out into kickboxing and aerial arts, and finally into weight training.
After watching other competitors and considering competing herself, Sarah finally stepped on stage for the first time in 2021.
Sarah is now a Pro Bikini & Wellness athlete with the Miami Pro federation and will be competing in Los Angeles with the WBFF in 2023 after placing 3rd in bikini in her WBFF debut in London in 2021. She hopes to inspire other women to step outside their comfort zone and achieve their goals!
