Bio: Sarah is 35 from Nottingham, United Kingdom and works full time as a Forensic Scientist. Sarah has always had a passion for dance and sport in general but as an adult, began suffering with crippling shyness and anxiety.
Sarah joined the gym in a bid to boost her confidence and was soon hooked on the positive effects it had on both her physical and mental health. "I went from being too shy to wear a sports bra and only using the cardio machines, to weight training and being invited to model in multiple photo shoots and fitness videos."
