Bio: Sian is 29 years old and is based in Kent and is a very dedicated worker as a data analyst within the prison service. Since a young age she has been a ballet dancer; performing in shows and continued this as part of her college studies. This led her to use the gym initially as a hobby, to improve her general fitness and physique. However; through time Sian lost the love and passion for the gym with life getting in the way, as it does for many, leading herself to not be happy with her body.

"During lockdown I made a choice to change my direction; to be coached and dedicate myself to fitness. Since this switch in focus I haven't turned back; transforming my physique through nutrition and focused training. From initially entering a 10 week challenge; the obsession to improve drove me all the way to a photoshoot and to stepping on stage to compete in my first bodybuilding show".

The results Sian has achieved, the obsession to improve and the joy that competing and changing her physique drove her to succeed and push herself to new levels of fitness.
