Bio: Tanya is 37 years old and is based in Yorkshire.
From a young age Tanys has always been into fittness and was a dancer and swimmer from when she was 5 through to her early teens. Sadly a knee condition stopped her dancing progression and put a stop to all fittness for recovery.
A few years passed and Tanya discovered the gym however never really saw any progression because she battled with an eating disorder which she was unaware of.
It wasn't until 2016 where she found the support of a gym team who helped her focus on food for fuel in order to grow and shape her physique. "I needed a focus and so planned my first show in bodybuilding later that year. I went in as a complete novice but enjoyed the process and since then have fallen in love with the bodybuilding lifestyle".
Since then Tanya has placed 3rd in the British Final in 2019 and won her qualifiers leading up to that. 2022 has been a come back year due to covid where she placed first in the Leeds qualifier and 2nd in the English Grand Prix Bodybuilding & Fitness Show, which is one of the most prestigious titles in the UK and a qualifier for British & Internationals including the Arnold Classic.
