GHN sponsored athlete & Yorkshire CCC batsman Dawid Malan has been recalled to England's squad for the third LV = Insurance Test against India at Leeds and looks set to return to the side for the first time after a three year absence.
Malan has only played one first-class match this season where he scored 199 in his only innings vs Sussex CCC. He has shown an ability to thrive on the international stage over the last couple of years, notably rising to become the top-ranked T20 batter in the world. He last played Test cricket in August 2018.
Dawid has been playing in the inaugural "The Hundred" competition for Nottingham based franchise team 'Trent Rockets' where has scored 200 runs with a highest score of 62 not out.
